18.1 PickYourDay.com offer a money back guarantee to customers booked a half or a single day activity. This guarantee promises to refund the fee paid if you the activity was not as expected.

18.2 Eligibility

18.2.1 The claim must be made by the person who made and paid for the booking.

18.2.2 The claim must be made within 48 hours after the activity.

18.2.3 You must send the claim by email to support@pickyourday.com.  Include: date of tour, name of Localist, detail on what you disliked about the service provided in the claim. We will require up to 31 days to process the claim.

18.2.4 To claim a refund you must complete the activity.

18.3. We reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend the Money back guarantee offer.
