Description

Our Institute offers an all-encompassing mix of martial arts in our self-defence classes. The different elements of art form include Judo, Jiujitsu, Krav Maga, Kickboxing and Wing Chun (Kung Fu) which are put together comprehensively and taught as general self-defence. The integration of Chinese Kung Fu (Wing Chun) and allows people of a physically smaller stature to perform techniques effectively as it plays with angles and co-ordinations. Students will be able to learn wide ranging techniques of locks, throws, punching, kicking and fighting on the floor. We also equip our students with realistic street defence training exercise to help them react quickly from any situation and sparring exercise to practise distance and to get used to the feeling of being under pressure in a fight. We train our students to be well rounded individuals and encourage them to develop their own fighting style.

About your Localist

Jai

Sifu Jai specialised in traditional Jujitsu for over fifteen years and trained Judo with the Hong Kong Judo Team. She has also taken on Kickboxing, BJJ, Krav Maga and Kung Fu (Wing Chun) in pursuit of being an all-rounded martial artist. She has since competed diversely in Judo, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA (mixed martial art) and BJJ (Brazilian Jujitsu).

The Localist must respond within 48 hours. We authorize your card for the full amount, but you will not be charged for the activity until the Localist has accepted the booking.

3. Security for you

Funds are not sent to the Localist until after the activity has been completed, so you do not have to worry about your money disappearing.
