Arrival, Setup & Briefing (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Volunteers and medical staff arrive at the site.
Team orientation and briefing on the day’s activities, safety protocols, and roles.
Medical stations are set up (registration, vitals, consultation, pharmacy)
Equipment and supplies are distributed to relevant stations.

Patient Registration & Triage (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Community members are welcomed and registered.
Basic information is collected: name, age, gender, symptoms, etc.
Vitals and preliminary assessments (BP, pulse, temperature, weight).
Patients are categorized by urgency and directed to appropriate care areas.

Patients are seen by qualified healthcare professionals.

Respiratory infections
Skin conditions
Malaria, typhoid, and other tropical diseases
Minor injuries and wounds
Chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
Health education provided during consultations (e.g., hygiene, nutrition, prevention).
