What to Expect

Day 1: Bishkek -Kyzyl Oi (200 km,60% pavement and 40% dirt road)
You will be greeted at the Manas Int. Airport, and transported to a 3 star Hotel- located about 30 minutes from the airport. You may freshen up and prepare yourself for the amazing journey ahead.
The first part of the day we will pass through the southern part of Kyrgyzstan. The views of the mountains and gorges, will take your breath away. You will experience the panoramic views of the beautiful mountain pass Tue Ashuu (3000 m ) This road is world famous for its beauty. Spectacular Photo Opportunities, bring your Camera !!! Your night in Kyzyl Oi will be spent with an amazing local family, where you will enjoy a traditional homecooked meal. Most certainly a night to remember forever.

Day 2: Kyzyl Oi- Son Kul (140 km 100% dirt road by SUV)
Today we are headed to the beautiful Son Kul Lake- 3013 m. The Kyrgyz Nomads took advantage of this area for rest and relaxation. A true oasis in the desert.
Time until dinner is your own, to explore the magical surroundings of this beautiful Oasis in the desert. Traditional dinner cooked on site, and your authentic sleeping quarters will be a yurts - A romantic tent-like structure made from a wooden skeleton, covered with felt.This is truly a Magical experience under the stary sky.

Day3: Son Kul-Tash Rabat(255 km,20%pavement,80%dirt road)
Our adventure continues on the Great Silk Road to Tash Rabat Caravanserai ( A magical stone Castle from the 1300’s).
Tash Rabat was carved out of the mountain and includes 31 rooms. It is most unique with it’s 1 m thick walls. It is located in the heart of the Tian Shan Mountains, elevation 3200m. The spiritual feeling of peace and tranquility may be felt inside this mountain, and is truly Magnificent. The dungeons were used as prison cells in ancient times. A beautiful traditional dinner will be served and the night will be spent in yurts near Tash Rabat Caravanserai.

Day 4 : Tash Rabat-Naryn (115km, 100%pavement)
A magical horseback ride in the vicinity is on the agenda this morning. Gain an understanding of life ,traditions and customs of the Kyrgyz people . Experience their simple yet beautiful way of life. Lunch will be served before we embark on the journey to Naryn Town. Along the drive you will also have the opportunity to meet nomadic families and witness breath taking mountain views. It is truly a Magical place on earth. The night will be spent in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Naryn-Tamga (365km, 20%pavement,80%dirt road)
Today we embark on a long journey filled with beautiful mountain views and gorges, as well as panoramic views of lakes with snowcapped mountains. Truly Magestic and Magnificent. You will enjoy a picnic lunch enroute. At night we will arrive at Celestial Issyk Kul Lake. The second largest Alpine Lake in the world, also named the Pearl of Central Asia. It is 180km long and 60km wide. For more than 1500 years, locals considered Lake Issyk Kul to be sacred, due to its salty waters and healing properties. Enjoy a wonderful traditional dinner in these magical surrondings and dream sweet dreams in the guesthouse in Tamga.

Day 6: Tamga-Karakol (190 km, 70% pavement,30% dirt road)
This day will take us through the gorgeous Barskaun gorge. Witnessing breath taking waterfalls, and the famous Red Rock formations, named Seven Bulls-Jeti Oguz as well as the Broken Heart Mountain. On the way to Karakul, you will enoy an educational visit to the Dungon Mosque. This mosque was built by the Chinese, using an ancient technique, where no metal nails were utilized. A visit to an old wooden Orthodox Church is on the agenda. A delicious dinner will be served at 7PM and your night will be spent in a homestay.

Day 7: Karakol – Issyk Kul (190 km, 70% pavement, 30% dirt road)
Today's activity goes to Magical Issyk Kul Lake. This is the vacation paradise for locals as well as neighbouring countries. The largest Mountain Lake in Central Asia. Other lakes to mention are Semenovskoye and Grigorievskoye, which are connected. This whole area is part of a National Park. A truly Magnificent experience. The afternoon is yours to explore the beautiful nature and swim in the lake.

Day 8: Issyk Kul lake – Bishkek (270 km, 100% pavement)
We journey to Bishkek City- First stop is the opportunity to experience ancient ruins dating back to 800 BC, followed by Burana Tower, which is a minaret from around 1000 AD. The tower was used during the Great Silk Road, to notify travellers where they could get food and lodge. You will also have the opportunity to climb to the top of the tower, and witness the magnificent views. Dinner will be enjoyed in Kyrgz where a lovely traditional dinner will be served in the evening.. Your last night in this magical place is spent in a local Hotel.

Day9: Bishkek-Airport
We will safely transport you to the Airport for you return flight home.
