What to Expect

Ingfrida is your Qigong instructor this day and will give a thorough introduction to the Ba Duan Jin program. You will get an introduction to simple meditation techniques. We will exert breath and change old thought patterns.

* What is Qigong?
Qi means life energy and Gong means work. Qigong is an ancient Chinese training method where you work with your own energy to stay fit both physically and mentally. Qigong combines movement, breath and concentration. The exercise is performed sitting, lying or standing.

* Qigong's story short:
Qigong is a very old and proven Chinese exercise and treatment method, which has been used and used to prevent and treat people in different life stages. In 1973, Qigong was recognized as a science in China. In 1983, the Chinese state had introduced Qigong at most medical faculties.

Today, Qigong is an integral part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is actively used for rehabilitation and disease treatment. For a long time, there has also been research on Qigong and its effects at different universities around the world.

* Why train Qigong?
Qigong reduces stress and blockages to make you more relaxed, focused and creative. Qigong strengthens the immune system, regulates blood pressure, improves night sleep and gives you more energy in everyday life.

We start the day with 3 simple exercises focusing on breathing and posture as well as meditation / relaxation.
We enjoy a simple healthy lunch based on local produce, as organic as possible. Then we will continue the program and get to know more exercises.
After this lovely day we will have dinner together based on local products and as organic as possible.

Vi er et par midt i livet som ønsker å bruke gården vår og området vi har her til å dele våre erfaringer, kompetanse og opplevelser med deg. Vi tilbyr ulike aktiviteter, opplevelser og kurs her ute på vakre Hitra.

Natur og dyre opplevelser, ørn, hjort, rådyr og en rikt fugleliv er en del av vår hverdag.
Stille retreat, helger med stillhet eventuelt som en del av flere tilbud.
Matglede / nærmat, der vi bruker en stor andel fra eget område - økologiske bær, grønnsaker, fisk og kjøtt og alt lages fra bunnen av. Vi legger vekt på gode råvarer og variasjon. Dette vil variere gjennom årstidene.
Meditasjon som en del av vår hverdag og opplæring/ kurs i små grupper.
Qigong kurs og opplæring en til en og i små grupper.
Fisketur på sjøen, sjølfiska middag der vi lager ulike retter.
Turer i marka.
Ulike terapeutiske behandlinger, Soneterapi, Hypnoterapi / hypnose, EFT, Øreakupressur / elektroakupunktur, Qigong og Veiledning.

The Localist must respond within 48 hours. We authorize your card for the full amount, but you will not be charged for the activity until the Localist has accepted the booking.

3. Security for you

Funds are not sent to the Localist until after the activity has been completed, so you do not have to worry about your money disappearing.
