What to Expect


Day 1: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park (200kms).
Pick up in Nairobi and drive via the Great Rift Valley with a brief stop to have a panoramic view of this dramatic feature. Proceed to Lake Nakuru national Park arriving in good time for lunch at the lodge. Have an evening game drive in the park with dinner and overnight at flamingo hill camp/Lake Nakuru Lodge 4*.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara National Reserve (300kms).
Breakfast at the lodge followed by a brief game viewing drive out of the park as you head to Africa's greatest Maasai Mara national reserve. Lunch at Ashnil mara/Olumara camp. Relax before you embark for an evening game viewing drive in the reserve returning to the camp later in the evening for Dinner and overnight at Sentrim mara camp / Mara sopa lodge 4* or similar.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend the whole day at leisure with unlimited full day game viewing drives in this reserve searching for the plain game guided by your expert driver guide. Everything in this reserve looks outstanding and the open savannah grassland ensures wildlife are never out of sight. Masai Mara national Reserve is famously known due to the great wildebeest migration taking place annually between the months of July and October. All meals and overnight at Sentrim mara camp / Mara sopa lodge 4* .or similar.

Day 4: Masai Mara - Nairobi (300 kms)
After a sumptuous breakfast, depart for Nairobi with some en route stop overs along the way. Lunch will be at the famous carnivore restaurant. Drop off at the airport in time to connect with your schedule flight back home or you can inquire with us in case you need a beach relaxation towards Mombasa or Zanzibar.

Please note

Because of the long safari roads i would consider the best age for safari to be between 3 years and 70 years but it depends with ones fitness.

1. Booking Request

When you click on Booking Request you submit the time and date you want the activity to start.

2. Payment

The Localist must respond within 48 hours. We authorize your card for the full amount, but you will not be charged for the activity until the Localist has accepted the booking.

3. Security for you

Funds are not sent to the Localist until after the activity has been completed, so you do not have to worry about your money disappearing.
